Policies- I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original state and packaging within 7 days of receipt. We can not refund jewelry that we are unable to re-sell. All jewerly is handcrafted using the finest materials with the highest standards of craftmanship. I personally guarantee its durability. If for any reason your piece is defective due to my craftmanship, it will be promptly repaired free of charge. Please contact us at the above e-mail to discuss any repairs needed. Should your piece break do to fault of your own, we will attempt to repair it for a nominal fee.
Custom Orders- There are no refunds on custom orders. Once you have approved the design and place the order the sale is final.

**All items are shipped via USPS priority mail, insured within the US. $5.00 per item for shipping and insurance will be added to the total bill. If you live in the state of Texas, 8.25% in sales tax will be added to your bill also. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
